missed chance
all in all i have to agree with a review below (forgot the user's name). the review is not the place to flame the game's creator. you can use PM for that. in a review you should talk about the game instead - and that's what i'm doing.
the game itself is a nice idea. to put a political comment in a flash game should come more often, because even people not interested in politics will spend some time to participate in the discussion - and all that by simply playing. good idea.
but to the game itself: i know the game is supposed to be satirical (i read an interview the author gave to a site in the internet). the bad thing is that the satire isn't actual satirical: serious and funny at the same time, by reflecting the concrete situation and turn them into unintended meanings. most of the jokes are just to plain to laugh about them. they should be more original. (stanley kubrick made a great movie, called "dr. strangelove" one of the best examples of political humor.)
the game play was a bit to plain too. it's quite easy to kill more then 800 palestinans by simply building 3 rocket bases and 1 HQ. invent the faster build feature, call the USA for money and lunch the rockets. this mustn't get boring, but the game gives to less feedback to keep your attention focused. you should make more things like the bonus points for hitting civil structures. (one really bold idea would be to get bonus points for actually hitting the enemy.)
one thing completely missing are some informations about the Hamas. okay the lunch some missles but what and who they are stays unclear. that gives you the feeling that Israel is the bad guy (and that's one of the main reason that most of the reviewers are pissed, i think...) you should change that. for example you could add a Hamas guy who reads non-existing lines of the Qu'ran. (like "my edition of the Qu'ran says... [funny comment]) that would underline the satiric intention by giving a deeper view of the happenings.
you should also change the title: "raid" is most often used by medias like Al Jazeera.
so all in all: a nice little game that could really get awesome by making the jokes more funny. but the music was great. (sounded so peacefull and relaxing)
